Our industry standard is adobe illustrator and adobe photoshop however lots of file types can be made on different design studios. Some design studios will require us to fix your file and make it print ready. We will review your file and let you know what is needed to make your screen print dreams come to life.
Abode Photoshop files must be at least 300 dpi and must contain the layers for each color. If done in illustrator make sure text is converted to outlines. We will NOT proceed with the order if artwork is of poor quality. We will repair it for you price is based on a case by case. It’s usually no more than $35
Abode Photoshop files must be at least 300 dpi. Do not flatten your artwork. Make sure your file is the size you wish it to print out. 9″ X10″ is a standard print size that will fit on all shirt sizes S-4X. We will NOT proceed with the order if artwork is of poor quality. Artwork fees will be added to you order. Artwork starts at $15 dollars to $75 depending on your needs.
The design to your right is a 3 color design. WHITE, GREEN and RED each color is on a separate layer. Please pay attention to your layers palette. The color of the shirt is golden yellow for this design.
Artwork separation fees range from $15-$25 a color. In the example above it would be 3 colors at $15
Make sure that your create the artwork the size you want it to print. You must create OUTLINES for all fonts. That way it will be converted into a vector.
The text above has a RED line which means it is still a font path. You are still able to edit it. What you need to do is select the font (like text at bottom) and go to TYPE > CREATE OUTLINES. Now the font is a vector it no longer can be changed.
The design to your right is a 3 color design. WHITE, GREY and BLACK make sure each color is using the same color. You can select it from the swatch palette. Also it would be best to separate your artwork to save on artwork fees. Keep it organized in the layer palette. Simple separations fees are $15-$35
We size the graphic to fit the smallest shirt in your order. We use the same size graphic for all t-shirts, unless different size graphic(s) is requested (fees will apply.).
We clearly state the colors we will be using on your mock. Due to millions of colors per computer screen we recommend Pantone matching if you want to make sure of the color. Pantone matching is $25 a color.
A digital proof will be sent to you. Please be sure to check your mock-up for artwork accuracy such as: color, dimensions, spelling and product information.
WE DO NOT OFFER PRESS CHECKS. Once you approve your artwork we will burn your artwork on to our screens. We own the screens you are renting the space onto the screen.
