Our staff will evaluate your logo to help determine what works best for your artwork. We can order a wide range of items or you can bring your own. You’re one step closer to sporting your new, stylish threads in no time. Embroidery pricing is all based on stitch count and complexity. Some designs look simple but they aren’t.

We can provide a stitch out if you require one before you move forward with your order. Our stitch out fee is $15. We highly recommend a stitch out if the file is provided by you so that we get it right.

Here is the information that a digitize file contains. It shows the size of the file, the color of thread need and the path that the needle will travel to decorate your item.

Digitizing is a very delicate process that cost $35-$65 as a set up fee. It is important to know that only a special programed software can read such file. The extension of the file type is .emb

• Design size – Larger designs have more stitches, which increases the total cost.
• Design complexity – Logos with more intricate designs and details cost more to set up and embroider.
• Number of pieces – The more pieces you order, the lower the cost per item since a basic setup fee applies even for small orders.
• Fabric – Some fabrics, such as thick denim, are more difficult to embroider and require more specialized equipment and expertise.
• Placement – Standard pricing includes placement on the chest or sleeve of a garment, but embroidering over a pocket or seam is more time-consuming and has added costs.
• Deposits – We charge 50% deposit upfront with your order. New customers also pay in advance for any digitizing services.
• Rush charges – The typical turnaround time for an embroidery order is 2 weeks. If you need your order faster, expect to pay a rush charge of 10% to 50% of your total order cost.
